Year-round Grief Support Group
Lamoille Home Health & Hospice invites you to our first year-round Grief Support Group beginning in May. This group will meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month, from 5:00pm – 6:30pm at Lamoille Home Health, 54 Farr Avenue in Morrisville. Our first meeting will be May 4, 2010. The goal of the Grief Support Group is to provide an ongoing, safe, confidential environment for members to share their experiences and learn together about how to cope with grief.  This group is open to anyone experiencing grief and loss. Alzheimer's Support Group

of each month.
Are you caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s? Lamoille Home Health & Hospice invites you to join an Alzheimer’s Support Group. Our support group strives to give spouses, families, and caregivers a safe, comfortable space to meet others who are experiencing similar challenges of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s. The group offers an opportunity for members to share their experiences and provide information and support to each other.
