How do I begin?
Ask your doctor for a home care referral or call the Agency (802-888-4651) to review your needs with an experienced Hospice nurse.

Who might come to my home?
A nurse with knowledge about death and dying, a physical, occupational or speech therapist, a social worker, a home health aide (also called licensed nursing assistant), a personal care attendant, a chaplain, a specially trained hospice volunteer.

Who pays for this?
Medicare (100%, no co pay), Medicaid, other insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and MVP. Each insurance has its own special qualifications. We can help you figure it out.
