Ask your doctor for a home care referral or call the Agency (802-888-4651) to review your needs with an experienced nurse. The local Public Health Department can help you, too (802-888-7447).
Who might come to my home?
A nurse with special knowledge about pregnancy, labor and delivery, newborn care, and breast feeding. Family education is part of it, too.
Who pays for this?
Medicaid and other insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and MVP. Each insurance company has its own special qualifications. We can help you
figure it out.
