SKILLED PEDIATRIC NURSING & THERAPIES
Lamoille Home Health & Hospice cares for families with young children by providing medical assessment, skilled nursing care, and physical, occupational and speech therapy to acutely and chronically ill children from birth to age 18.
This includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Staff provides assessment and interventions for children with developmental delays. Working closely with our home visitors, and as part of the Primary Service Provider team with the State’s Family, Infant and Toddler Program, this team is able to provide support to the entire family both short- and long-term.
Providing assessment and care to acutely and chronically ill children from birth to age 18, skilled nursing services include IV therapy, wound care, management of diabetes, Cystic Fibrosis, asthma, oncology diagnoses, and many other medical challenges.
