Lamoille Home Health & Hospice is a nonprofit 501c3 organization.  Your gift to the agency is greatly appreciated and helps us to serve everyone in Lamoille County who needs our care.  Our partnerships with area civic and service organizations, foundations, and businesses, as well as the many memorial gifts we receive in honor of loved ones sustain us. Memorial Donations

To make a memorial donation, you may:

• Write a check payable to Lamoille Home Health & Hospice and mail it, along with a memorial notation, to: 54 Farr Avenue, Morrisville, VT  05661
